Classically simulated P3HT in different conformations using a variety of dopants via GROMACS on Linux OS in Professor Schwartz’s research group.
❏Compared simulated tilt of polymer backbone, dopant distribution, lamellar distance, Simulated Graze Incident X-ray Diffraction, and structure factor to experimentally determined data
❏Participated in weekly group meeting and experimentalist meetings, as well as “Solar” meetings with Professor Ben Schwartz, Sarah Tolbert and Rubin Yves
❏In the process of completing my senior honors thesis on findings and contributing to lab mates’ paper on the structure of P3HT
